Narbethong House
Narbethong House is a 4 bedroom home comprised of a series of cabins and pavilions which are carefully placed along the contours of a significantly sloped site, each space angled to maximise incredible valley views.
The Victorian bushfires of 2009 essentially cleared the site which was formally the well-loved Narbethong Camp. This provided a number of challenges particularly when dealing with the materiality and siting of the dwelling, but also provided a number of opportunities for how we approached the overall design.
