Some early 1980s renovations to this Edwardian terrace had left the dwelling feeling quite dark and outdated, with little connection with the rear garden. In order to activate the rear of the dwelling, the bathroom was moved a more centralised area, allowing for a light filled kitchen and dining space with new glazing to the rear. Despite the modern comforts, the design and feel did its best to tie in with the heritage aspect of the house.
